One page, on the tablet you already have
The partner portal lives at gowith.now/venue. Any browser on any counter tablet or the manager's phone. There is no app to install. That is deliberate — cafe managers will not download an app for a partner who has sent them zero customers yet, and that is where these programmes die.
The scan flow
The booker opens their meet screen and taps 'Show offer code'. The screen shows a QR with a countdown ring, and a six-character code beneath. Staff either scan the QR from the portal's Scan tab, or type the six-character code if the wifi is being weird.
The screen confirms who the meet is between, what venue it was booked at, and how many of today's allowance remain. Staff enter the bill amount, tap Apply, and the redemption is recorded.
Why the QR rotates
A static QR would be screenshotted and shared inside a week. The QR is a signed token that expires every sixty seconds — the booker's app auto-refreshes it, so they always have a fresh one.
“The code cannot be screenshotted. It cannot be used elsewhere. It cannot be used twice. A venue can never be defrauded by a customer who was never there.”
The six-character fallback
Every screen showing a QR also shows the code. Not hidden behind a menu, not a 'more options' link — right underneath the QR. Wifi drops, cameras fail, lens caps get left on. The typed code is always usable.
One redemption per meet, forever
Even after 'End' — one meet gets exactly one offer. If a manager voids a redemption because the bill was wrong, the meet still can't be used again. The unique constraint is the whole trust model.
